Overview

Our Cleveland meeting facilities offer a variety of spaces to suit your needs. Choose from exhibit halls to boardrooms and every venue in between. No matter what venue at Hyatt Regency Cleveland you choose, rest assured that your guests will enjoy the experience possible during their stay at our hotel.  

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting spaces and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Burlington
The largest of our meeting rooms, this elegant ballroom has the capability to accommodate several set ups to suit your needs.  Utilize the entire room as one large space for a theater-style presentation to 140, or a U-shape set for 48. Host an celebratory dinner for your top sales team, complete with dance floor, in a banquet set up for 100, or a classic cocktail reception for 150. The room is also divisible into two separate salons, with capacity from 22 to 75 guests.
Emanuele, Kaiser
Select either or both of these adjoining flexible venues when you need more space to expand your event. Each can hold several set-ups, including classroom for 65 or theater for 100.  Take advantage of dividing walls to create three separate rooms within each space, ideal for breakout sessions, team projects or coffee breaks.
St. Hubert, Vivienne
Choose these two meeting rooms when your event calls for a more intimate location.  Hold a round-table meeting with 16 department heads, a training class for 40 or a private luncheon for 50 clients.

Boardrooms
Old Arcade, Eisenmann, Abrams, Smith
Four classically styled boardrooms feature cherry wood boardroom tables and forest green executive leather chairs for 10 to 12 guests. Elegant appointments throughout make these rooms ideal for senior management planning sessions, executive committee meetings or any other VIP gathering.
Arcade Atrium
Host a memorable banquet or reception in this unique area.  Part of the historic Cleveland Arcade, your guests will delight in the magnificent architecture and soaring skylights of this landmark.  Create a special themed reception for 600 to commemorate an anniversary, or gather together your top sales team in a gala banquet for 350 attendees.
